We had great fun working with the folks at Busy Bees, their staff were very helpful in us understanding what their needs were and also the needs of the children in their care.
Amongst other items, we designed for them a large stage and sun shelter, with perspex coloured windows matched to the red and yellow of their logo. We built large covered sand and art stations, inside were sand troughs, blackboards, white boards, chalk stations, finger maze panels and chunky shelving for all their play tools. We built large bike and buggy parks, that also acted as sun shades for when they needed outside play but shelter from the sunshine. We constructed tinkering and building houses full of hard hats, storage shelves, construction toys and high visibility jackets.
Natural Play also payed particular attention to the ground treatment. We built open green rubber mulch play zones, wet pour castle mounds and multi coloured bike and buggy tracks.
